Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue. Contact us at info@nationalhomeregistry.org. National Home Registry is a 12-month term registration, which requires full payment at the time of purchase with no refunds or returns.

Your registration expires depending on which package is chosen (one year, five years, or lifetime) from the date of purchase. All privileges will be forfeited unless the registration is renewed within 30 days following the expiration date. Automatic renewals are available via credit card and other digital payment methods (example: apple pay, PayPal)

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of gift cards.
